  • Maintain Excellence: Sustain our 5-star nursing home rating and ensure top-tier clinical compliance across both care settings.
  • Ensure Compliance: Lead the facility alongside the Administrator during state survey processes to maintain our excellent survey results.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Assisted Living LPN Manager to review complex resident cases, incident reports, and care plans.
  • Champion Quality: Co-lead comprehensive quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs across the campus with the administrative team.
  • Cultivate Culture: Foster a unified, positive workplace environment aligned with our Great Place to Work status.

  • Oversight Skills: Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and collaborate with LPN managers and charge nurses.
  • Track Record: Proven success with state survey processes and maintaining high-quality star ratings.
  • Alignment: Deep commitment to our core mission of delivering dignity in life to seniors.
