Director of Nursing to lead our Health Care services. This is an opportunity to shape a strong clinical team, improve resident outcomes, develop future leaders, and make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Do - Provide clinical and operational leadership for Health Care services.
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing leaders and team members.
- Oversee staffing, clinical quality, compliance, and performance improvement.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, incidents, assessments, and care plans.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and the Clinical Management Team.
- Partner with residents, families, physicians, and administration.
- Address resident and family concerns with compassion and professionalism.
- Support admissions, Medicare eligibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Help manage nursing department budgets and identify opportunities to improve care and team culture.

What We're Looking For - Current Indiana RN license.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 1+ year of management experience.
- 5 years of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MDS, resident assessments, and care plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- A compassionate, resident-centered leadership style.
- A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
