Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in the improvement of qualitymeasures and staff retention, a passion for staffempowerment and positive engagement skills; the ability to manage staffing andscheduling needs; proven survey results in a long-term SNF setting in the last5 years; understanding of QAPI mindset; demonstrated ability to manage qualitymeasures; must be change agent and comfortable with visionary changemanagement. Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of long-term care regulations

Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn computer software
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
