Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the highest level of care for our residents
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and external partners
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, including infection control, falls prevention, and medication management
