About the Role:

The Director of Nurses at Park Manor of Cypress Station is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and regulatory compliance to maintain and enhance clinical standards within the facility. The Director of Nurses will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies that promote patient safety and improve health outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Texas.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility & DON experience required.
