About the Role:

The Director of Nurses at Park Manor of Cypress Station is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and regulatory compliance to maintain and enhance clinical standards within the facility. The Director of Nurses will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies that promote patient safety and improve health outcomes. Additionally, this position requires continuous evaluation of nursing practices and staff performance to foster professional development and operational excellence. Ultimately, the Director of Nurses ensures that the nursing team operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with the center's mission to provide exceptional rehabilitation and healthcare services.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Texas.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility & DON experience required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
