• Protect and evolve The Peninsula brand locally, balancing global brand standards with a distinctive Los Angeles point of view. Develop compelling editorial, cultural and social storytelling that positions the hotel within the city and brings its people, experiences and personality to life.
• Build and lead a high-performing network of creative and external partners, including agencies, photographers, producers and other specialists, while overseeing creative production and supporting Food & Beverage and Spa as distinct businesses with their own audiences, identities and marketing strategies.
