Director of Marketing | Edibles.com

The Big Picture:

Edibles.com, a high-growth venture, is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale the brand's marketing function across all channels. Reporting directly to the EVP, General Manager of Edibles.com, this is a senior leadership role for a hands-on, entrepreneurially minded marketer who can both set the strategic vision and roll up their sleeves to execute it.

As the senior marketing leader for Edibles.com, you will own the brand's full marketing ecosystem-from consumer acquisition and retention to brand building, agency management, and cross-channel campaign execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all agency and external partner relationships, spanning creative, ecommerce, media, and public relations, while building and developing an internal marketing team as the business scales.

This role requires a strategic leader with deep omni-channel expertise, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will play a critical role in shaping how Edibles.com shows up in culture-building a brand that resonates with consumers, drives growth, and sets the standard in the hemp-derived wellness space.

Location: This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

What this looks like day to day:
  • Brand Strategy & Leadership
  • Own and evolve the Edibles.com brand strategy, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and compliant brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, consumer education, acquisition, and long-term loyalty
  • Serve as the internal brand steward, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across ecommerce, retail, product, and operations
  • Stay ahead of cultural, category, and competitive trends to identify opportunities that keep the brand relevant and differentiated in the hemp-derived wellness space
  • Translate business objectives into clear, insight-driven marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Understand the nuances of the controlled substances category and associated marketing-related compliance restrictions
  • Agency & Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day lead for all external agency and vendor relationships, including creative, ecommerce, paid media, and public relations partners
  • Set clear briefs, timelines, and performance expectations for agency partners, ensuring work is on strategy, on brand, and delivered with excellence
  • Manage agency scopes of work, budgets, and contracts in close partnership with the EVP and legal teams
  • Evaluate agency performance regularly and make recommendations on partner mix as business needs evolve
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, co-marketing collaborators, and key industry stakeholders
  • Channel & Campaign Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns spanning paid media, organic social, email, SMS, influencer, and PR
  • Oversee the e-commerce marketing strategy, partnering closely with operations and e-commerce teams to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value
  • Guide the social media and content strategy, ensuring a native, engaged audience is built across key platforms
  • Oversee public relations strategy and execution in partnership with PR agency partners, including media outreach, brand storytelling, and crisis communications
  • Align marketing activations with product launch calendars, promotional events, and retail expansion initiatives
  • Performance & Insights
  • Define and own key marketing KPIs, building a culture of measurement, accountability, and continuous optimization
  • Lead regular marketing reporting and strategic reviews with the EVP and senior leadership, translating data into clear insights and action
  • Partner with operations and ecommerce teams to connect marketing performance to broader business outcomes, including revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Leverage consumer research, market data, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and investment decisions
  • Team & Culture
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and high performance
  • Build the internal marketing function as the business scales, identifying capability gaps and making hiring and resourcing recommendations to leadership
  • Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture that values innovation, speed, and executional excellence
  • All other duties as assigned by the EVP, General Manager of Edibles.com

What you bring:
