What You Will Do

  • Design and scale a national Learning & Development strategy, including competency models, career pathways, and structured onboarding and certification programs
  • Establish measurable skill standards across field roles to ensure consistent performance and execution quality
  • Align learning initiatives with key operational outcomes, including quality, safety, productivity, and retention
  • Implement dashboards, reporting, and analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Build and reinforce a safety-first culture while ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance across all training programs
  • Integrate safety into the broader workforce training strategy to support operational excellence
  • Select, implement, and optimize LMS and digital learning platforms, including mobile-first solutions for a distributed workforce
  • Standardize content governance, training frameworks, and learning pathways to ensure scalability and consistency
  • Design and lead the Learning & Development function, partnering with field leadership while building a sustainable, data-driven model for long-term growth

  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities
  • Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive large-scale change
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
