Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Director of IT and Enterprise Applications is responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous improvement of the organization's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity program, enterprise applications, telecommunications, data integration, and technical support services.

The Director oversees technology solutions that support medical, dental, behavioral health, and administrative operations throughout the organization. The position is responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment while ensuring business applications effectively support organizational goals.

The Director serves as a primary liaison with UW Health as the organization's Epic Community Connect partner and provides leadership for the organization's portfolio of enterprise applications, including systems supporting human resources, accounting and finance, fundraising, employee health, contract management, event reporting, compliance, and other business operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Seven to ten years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • At least three years managing technology teams, enterprise applications, or healthcare information systems.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and technology service providers.
  • Experience managing technology projects and budgets.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience, preferably in an FQHC, community health center, physician group, or health system.
  • Experience in an Epic environment and/or Community Connect model.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications such as HRIS, accounting, fundraising, contract management, and compliance systems.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, governance, and system integrations.
