Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Intra Agency Programs provides executive oversight for major agency programs, including:
- Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services (AYES)
- Catholic Youth Organization (CYO)
- Immigration & Refugee Programs
The Director is responsible for strategic planning, operational effectiveness, contract administration, budgeting, quality improvement, and ensuring programs achieve organizational goals while delivering exceptional services to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:- Provide executive leadership and oversight of assigned agency programs.
- Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement program improvements and corrective actions.
- Lead annual planning and organizational goal-setting processes.
- Direct and support program managers in achieving operational objectives.
- Oversee contract development, compliance, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and financial performance.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Human Services, or a closely related field preferred.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible management experience in a social service or nonprofit environment.
- Experience leading multiple programs and supervising management staff.
- Experience managing government contracts, grants, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
