  • Manage IT planning, budgeting, vendor relationships, technology investments, and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that strengthen performance, reduce risk, and improve the employee and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
  • A proven IT leader with 10+ years of management experience and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge across enterprise applications, ERP systems, databases, reporting tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network administration, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management, prioritization, documentation, system development methodologies, and vendor management.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including SQL query development, performance tuning, MS Access, Crystal Reports, or similar tools.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution, material handling, or a similar operational environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field; relevant professional certifications are preferred.
