What You Will Do - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure scalability, security, and high availability
- Oversee IT operations, including network infrastructure, Help Desk support, and endpoint management
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with HIP nd data privacy regulations
- Drive the delivery of IT-enabled solutions that support business strategy and operational efficiency
- Leverage data and analytics to guide technology decisions and support business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT solutions with organizational goals and market needs
- Manage IT programs and project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective resource utilization
- Support vendor management activities, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What You Will Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 7-10+ years of IT leadership experience, including cloud platforms, infrastructure, and solution delivery
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or managed care environment (Medicare/Medi-Cal preferred)
- Strong background in IT network management, Help Desk operations, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, security, identity, governance)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Knowledge of networking and security tools (firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, monitoring tools)
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and strategic execution
