Full Job Description
About the role

You will own how every new Curve customer goes from signed contract to live, confident practice. That covers onboarding, go-live, and moving patient, clinical, and other data off legacy systems.

You will lead a team of ~30, report to the Chief Customer Officer, and be accountable for successful launches, time-to-value, data accuracy, customer satisfaction at go-live, and onboarding churn.

This is a builder role. We need someone who can run a high-volume delivery engine today while redesigning the process, tooling, and team structure to scale.

What you'll do

Lead onboarding and go-live

  • Own the end-to-end implementation journey, from sales handoff through kickoff, configuration, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success Management.
  • Set and hit targets for time-to-live, on-time go-lives, and customer satisfaction at go-live.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for single-location practices and phased rollouts for multi-location groups.
  • Be the escalation point for at-risk implementations, and step in personally on the highest-stakes accounts.

Own data conversion and migration

  • Lead the conversion team that moves patient demographics, charts, imaging links, ledgers, insurance, and scheduling data from legacy practice management systems.
  • Set data-accuracy standards, validation steps, and sign-off criteria before any go-live.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to automate conversion tooling and reduce manual effort per conversion.

Build and lead the team

  • Lead 20-30 people through managers and team leads; hire, coach, and develop the next layer of leaders.
  • Design team structure, roles, and capacity models that scale with bookings.
  • Create a culture of ownership, accuracy, and calm under pressure.

Run the business of implementation

  • Forecast capacity against the sales pipeline and flag constraints early.
  • Report weekly on backlog, cycle time, conversion quality, and implementation cost per customer.
  • Tighten the handoffs with Sales (scoping and expectations), Support, and Customer Success.
  • Feed customer and conversion insight back to Product to improve setup and onboarding in the software itself.

What you bring

Required

  • 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or onboarding for B2B SaaS, with 4+ years leading managers.
  • Experience leading a team of 25+ in a high-volume, deadline-driven delivery model.
  • Hands-on understanding of data migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • A track record of cutting time-to-live or improving go-live quality, with numbers to show it.
  • Strong operating rigor: capacity planning, metrics, forecasting, and clear executive reporting.
  • Calm, direct communication with customers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated AI chops. We value someone that is using AI in practical ways to improve the customer experience.

Preferred

  • Experience with dental, healthcare, or other practice management software.
  • Experience rolling out software across multi-location groups or DSOs.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to automate onboarding or conversion tooling.
  • Experience with implementation tools such as Rocketlane, GuideCX, Salesforce, or Jira.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits
  • Hybrid schedule from our Provo, Utah office.
  • A seat on the customer leadership team and a direct line to the Chief Customer Officer
  • The chance to shape how thousands of dental professionals first experience Curve
