This role serves as the global account leader for a strategic hyperscale customer, owning revenue, relationships, and long-term positioning. You will guide multi-year account strategy, influence system architecture decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to expand market share. The position blends commercial leadership with technical engagement, making it ideal for someone who can navigate both executive conversations and engineering-driven discussions.
Responsibilities:- Own and implement global account strategy across regions and business units to drive revenue, margin, and long-term growth
- Build and lead executive relationships, influencing decisions across business and technical stakeholders
- Lead sophisticated commercial negotiations including LTAs, pricing frameworks, and supply agreements
- Engage early in customer architecture cycles; align internal roadmaps to drive design wins and workload expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams (account, FAEs, business units) to ensure aligned execution and account performance
- Leveraging AI tools and insights to enhance customer engagement, account planning, sales effectiveness, and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:- 12+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or global account management
- Proven success managing large, strategic accounts (preferably $1B+ scale)
- Experience building and influencing executive-level customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex, multi-year negotiations
- Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud, or AI systems
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in hyperscale or data center sales across compute, memory, storage, or networking
- Background in semiconductor or infrastructure technologies (e.g., DRAM, SSD, accelerators)
- Ability to engage with engineering and architecture collaborators on technical topics
- Track record of driving early-stage design wins and architectural influence
- Experience leading geographically distributed, global accounts
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$332,000.00 - $582,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
