Shape the Future of People Strategy Across North & Central America

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Director to serve as a strategic member of our executive leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive organizational growth, talent development, and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Regional CEO (with a functional reporting relationship to the Global CHRO), you will lead all aspects of Human Resources across North & Central America while helping execute a global people strategy that supports ambitious business objectives.

What You'll Do

As our Regional HR Director, you will:
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the regional people strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across multiple countries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent management across the region.
  • Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Lead regional implementation of global HR programs while adapting them to local business needs.
  • Guide compensation, benefits, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, compliance, and labor law matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and HR technology.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and HR metrics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with global HR leaders to share best practices and ensure alignment across regions.


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Experience leading HR within a multinational or multi-location organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives.
