Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, manages the day-to-day HR operations, systems, and workforce data that support The Accelerated Schools' sites and staff. This role executes HR programs and priorities set by the CHRO, with particular ownership of HRIS administration, reporting, and dashboard development that turn personnel data into clear, actionable insight for site and district leaders. The ideal candidate combines strong operational HR expertise with hands-on technical skill in data analysis, visualization, and systems management. This position may be filled as either a Certificated Management or Classified Management role: Certificated placement requires a valid California credential authorizing administrative services, while Classified placement does not.
