Director of Human Resources, you will:
- Oversee Human Resources operations for the community
- Partner with the recruiting team to coordinate interviews and support hiring
- Lead the onboarding process and organize new-hire orientations
- Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis and help ensure accurate employee records
- Maintain and update personnel policies and procedures as needed
- Support and evaluate annual performance reviews
- Partner with leadership to address employee relations and HR needs
- Help foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous Human Resources leadership experience
- UKG experience required
- Previous experience as an HR Director in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leadership
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to Human Resources
