Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and maintenance requests.
Skills- Proven experience in cleaning practices and techniques, with an emphasis on floor care.
- Strong background in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
