Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
Demonstrate flexibility and be willing to support daily floor operations as needed
Manage department staffing schedules and daily labor to ensure appropriate coverage while maintaining budgeted labor goals.
What You'll Need:
Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the State of Utah
CPR Certification
2-3 years of leadership experience in senior living required
Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary.
