Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need: - Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
- 1+ year of manager experience of a large complex unit in a hospital required. 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
