Compensation $80,000 - $120,000 base + performance bonuses
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Agent Attraction & Growth
• Lead strategic initiatives to identify, attract, and develop high-producing real estate agents across the Baltimore metro market
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline, from initial outreach through onboarding
• Execute our proven growth process for sourcing, vetting, and converting candidates who align with KWCP's culture and performance standards
• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records while ensuring privacy and compliance
• Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and pipeline progress to leadership
Agent Development & Business Consulting
• Serve as a business consultant and growth partner to agents within the office, helping them build and scale their personal production
• Promote a strong learning culture by connecting agents to KWCP's world-class training and educational resources
• Foster a positive, empowering environment that challenges agents to reach their potential while maintaining a people-first culture
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry (sales, brokerage operations, coaching, or recruiting) - required
• Tech-forward leader ready to utilize AI and tech tools to drive growth
• Active Maryland real estate license - preferred
• Proven track record in recruiting, talent development, business development, or a related high-performance environment
• Strong communicator - written, verbal, and in-person - with the ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple relationships simultaneously
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• 2+ years of experience in real estate recruiting, agent development, inside sales, or a similar field
