The Role: Food & Beverage Director - Leader of Elevated Experiences

As our Food & Beverage Director, you are the strategic force behind all dining and beverage operations across two exceptional properties. Your leadership shapes not just menus, but mindsets-guiding teams, curating guest journeys, and crafting moments of excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining at both properties
- Manage financial performance, forecasting, and budget adherence across departments
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team-recruiting top talent and creating future leaders
- Drive service excellence through hands-on leadership and daily pre-shift alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Culinary teams to enhance programming and events
- Ensure all operations meet luxury service standards, health codes, and safety guidelines
- Champion guest satisfaction by creating seamless, engaging, and memorable dining experiences
- Be the face of our restaurants, building relationships with guests, vendors, and the community
