Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across eleven uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. A passion for team training, development, and mentorship is essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and resident satisfaction.

Compensation:
How you will make an impact
Lead and develop team members through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high operational performance.
Manage departmental finances, including budgeting, cost control, and fiscal accountability (meal, labor, and food costs).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain systems for effective cost control.
Track performance through monthly operating reports and drive progress toward financial goals.
Continuously evaluate operations, programs, training, purchasing, and personnel to maintain excellence.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Analyze resident satisfaction and implement action plans to enhance the dining experience.
What you will need
Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required.
Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
