Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across eleven uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. A passion for team training, development, and mentorship is essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and resident satisfaction.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience from $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact

  • Lead and develop team members through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high operational performance.

  • Manage departmental finances, including budgeting, cost control, and fiscal accountability (meal, labor, and food costs).

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain systems for effective cost control.

  • Track performance through monthly operating reports and drive progress toward financial goals.

  • Continuously evaluate operations, programs, training, purchasing, and personnel to maintain excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Analyze resident satisfaction and implement action plans to enhance the dining experience.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required.

  • Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
