Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Fitness & Rehabilitation Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred
- For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
- Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
- Minimum of one year' management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing

Pay Range$94,420.00 - $114,875.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
