Full Job Description
The Role:

The Director of Financial Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across Revenue Cycle Management and Payroll for TEAM Management Services. Partnering closely with the Vice President of Finance, this role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and process standardization across a growing portfolio of healthcare brands. The Director collaborates with cross-functional leaders to optimize financial operations, implement scalable systems, support acquisitions, and deliver data-driven insights that improve business performance within a complex, multi-entity healthcare environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Management and Payroll, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across multiple healthcare brands.
  • Partner with Finance and operational leaders to develop budgets, analyze performance, benchmark financial results, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive enterprise Revenue Cycle initiatives by improving collections, optimizing workflows, supporting system implementations, and standardizing processes across acquisitions and existing operations.
  • Lead payroll operational excellence by developing standardized workflows, performance metrics, and scalable processes that support centralized payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, strengthen financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and support continued organizational growth.


What you Bring to the Table:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, financial operations, or related healthcare finance functions.
  • Experience leading Revenue Cycle Management and Payroll operations within multi-location, multi-entity healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and process improvements within high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial payers, value-based reimbursement, and healthcare financial operations.
  • Experience implementing RCM technologies, automation initiatives, and enterprise financial systems preferred.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$180,000-$180,000 USD
