Responsibilities
The Finance Director is a strategic and tactical management position responsible for serving administrative leadership and is involved in most aspects of operations, primarily financial performance.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience of progressive management experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or audit.
- Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, and strategic and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations for senior leaders.
- Expert-level knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Sound experience in GAAP, internal accounting controls, research/grant accounting, and patient care regulations.
