Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive accounting and finance roles, with a focus on construction accounting.
• 5+ years in financial leadership roles such as Controller or Director of Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore for budgeting and cost management analysis.
• Experience with Yardi and integrated accounting systems.
• Deep understanding of construction accounting principles, job costing, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of construction financing and project cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting across various projects.
• Serve as the Procore subject matter expert and primary administrator for the organization.
• Oversee project budgets, change orders, and job-cost reporting for accuracy.
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and financial variances.
• Review and manage subcontractor financial compliance and billing processes.
• Prepare regular financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate construction loan draws and manage financial documentation for funding.
