Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with families or individuals facing economic hardship, housing instability, or other life challenges.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with local community resources and social service systems.
  • Experience in assessment, goal setting, and service planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs and supervise staff.
  • Experience with contracts, budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in nonprofit and/or government-funded programs is preferred.
