If you thrive in complex, multi-site environments and love building high-performing teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Strategy and Workplace Operations to develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals
  • Manage a team of regional facilities managers and on-site staff, providing mentorship, clear direction, and accountability
  • Own buildout strategy and execution
  • Own the capital and operating budgets for facilities across all sites - identifying cost efficiencies without compromising safety or quality
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for lease management, vendor relationships, and contractor negotiations across the portfolio
  • Partner with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) teams to ensure all sites remain safe and compliant
  • Lead or support major capital projects including renovations, expansions, and new site buildouts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, serving as a trusted partner on all facilities-related matters

Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing large facilities budgets and capital projects
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), industrial equipment maintenance, and EHS compliance
  • Experience with facilities management software
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you can navigate conversations with frontline technicians and the c-suite equally well
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed
