Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Director-level engineering leader with deep GCP expertise, who has architected and delivered large-scale cloud-native and AI/ML-driven platforms.
This role requires strong technical credibility with Google stakeholders, along with ownership of architecture, delivery, and platform operations.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)1. GCP Platform Leadership- hands-on experience in GCP (core requirement)
- Must have architected and operated GCP-native platforms
- Strong expertise in:
- GKE (Kubernetes)
- BigQuery / Dataflow / PubSub
- Cloud Run / Compute Engine
- IAM / Networking / Security
"Worked on migration / exposure to GCP" = NOT acceptable
2. AI / ML / GenAI (Mandatory)- Proven experience in:
- AI/ML platform architecture
- ML pipelines / model deployment
- GenAI / LLM-based implementations (RAG, inference, etc.)
Conceptual knowledge = NOT acceptable (must be hands-on implementation
Mandatory Skills: Cloud Engineering GCP.
Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $305,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
