Main Purpose of Job The Director of Digital Workplace Innovation leads the modernization of the agency's productivity, collaboration, and information management capabilities. This role advances the strategic use of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tools, and low-code solutions to streamline business processes, strengthen organizational efficiency, and support a secure and effective hybrid workforce.
POSITION DUTIESPosition duties will include but not be limited to the following: • Lead enterprise adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365
• Manage structured intake processes
• Determine solution approaches across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI, and enterprise systems
• Deliver workflow automation, AI-enhanced tools, and low-code applications
• Define objectives, outcomes, and KPIs for digital workplace initiatives
• Oversee implementation, governance alignment, and risk mitigation
• Lead training, communications, and user adoption programs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Five years of experience in IT, digital workplace, business process improvement, or related fields
Notes: Additional experience may substitute year-for-year for the degree requirement
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONSSELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS• Two years of experience designing or administering Microsoft 365 solutions
• One year of experience developing automation or AI-based solutions
