Director of Customer Support

Location: Greeley, CO
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Compensation: $115000 - $175,000 annually*
Employment Type: Full-Time

Lead Customer Support Excellence Across a Growing Organization

This executive leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing scalable business strategies, and creating exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with operational leaders to strengthen profitability, elevate employee engagement, and ensure consistent execution of our customer support vision.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evolve the organization's Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan.
  • Establish annual goals, financial targets, and operating budgets that align with company objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that enhance customer value, operational performance, and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive positioning to drive informed business decisions.


Operational Excellence
  • Design, implement, and optimize Parts and Service processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  • Partner with leadership teams to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and adjust labor, parts, and service pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.


Team Development & Talent Strategy
  • Lead workforce planning efforts for Parts and Service operations.
  • Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Support the development of competitive compensation and incentive programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


Customer Experience & Growth
  • Champion customer satisfaction initiatives that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies that support Aftermarket growth.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance service offerings and deliver innovative customer solutions.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in Service Operations, Parts Operations, Aftermarket Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within agriculture or construction equipment dealerships.
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing growth strategies across multiple locations.
