Job Summary

Lead innovative concessions operations that deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance.

The Director of Concessions provides strategic leadership for all concessions operations by overseeing food and beverage service, operational planning, financial performance, staffing, inventory management, and guest satisfaction. This role partners with venue leadership to develop operational strategies that maximize revenue while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage or concessions experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS/reporting systems
