Position Overview

As Director of Communications and Programs, you will drive strategic communications, governance excellence, and employee engagement across our workstreams in support of delivery to our Financial Services client. Reporting to the account-based COE workstream lead, you will ensure consistent, high-quality communications that build transparency and reinforce JLL's trusted partnership with our client.

Your expertise in communications and program management will serve as a central resource for governance reporting, employee onboarding, and feedback management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What This Job Involves

As Director of Communications and Programs at JLL, you will be a strategic partner shaping how we communicate and deliver excellence to our leading financial services client. You will create communications frameworks and programs that enhance transparency and drive engagement across workstreams and with client stakeholders, contributing to JLL's reputation as an industry leader.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Strategic communications leadership. You'll develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that support partnership and account goals, change management initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. Your proactive and engaging communications foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You'll mitigate operational and compliance risks through timely, accurate dissemination of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring all team members have the information they need to succeed.

Client-facing excellence and governance oversight. You'll provide expert oversight and content development for all client deliverables, establishing standardized formats and reporting standards that ensure consistency and exceptional client experience across workstreams. You'll lead efforts to refresh and right-size the reporting matrix, prioritizing quality over quantity through routine evaluations at agreed frequencies. Coordinating with JLL workstream leads, you'll ensure timely delivery of high-quality, transparent reporting that fosters trust and alignment. Your programmatic and content oversight for all governance presentations-including QBRs, Management Level Governance meetings, and MBRs-guarantees materials are clear, visually compelling, and aligned with partnership expectations. You'll provide support for other client reporting needs as assigned.

Medallia feedback program management. You'll partner with workstream teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvement plans, closing the loop with clients and demonstrating our responsiveness. Your tracking of trends and metrics identifies opportunities for service enhancement and risk mitigation, ensuring we continuously evolve to meet and exceed client expectations.

Employee onboarding and orientation excellence. You'll design and execute a standardized, account-level onboarding and orientation program that ensures new hires are efficient, safe, and engaged from day one. Working in partnership with workstream leads, you'll coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure all communications and day-one readiness activities are completed consistently across the account. You'll measure onboarding effectiveness and new hire satisfaction, implementing improvements based on feedback to create an exceptional employee experience.

Learning and development program support. You'll partner with HR and L&D teams to promote, communicate, and track participation in required and optional training programs. Your communications ensure employees are aware of available learning resources, deadlines, compliance requirements, and career development opportunities. You'll support the rollout of new L&D initiatives with targeted communications that drive engagement and accountability, contributing to our team's continuous growth and development.
