As the Director of Claims Operations, you'll lead the strategies, people, and processes that keep our Claims organization running efficiently, compliantly, and consistently. You'll oversee claims administration, quality assurance, compliance, training, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Claims leadership to drive continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities Lead Claims OperationsProvide strategic leadership for Claims Administration, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Training while developing high-performing teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring consistent service across the Claims organization.
Ensure Compliance & QualityOversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance programs, file reviews, audits, and reporting to ensure claims operations meet company standards and state regulatory requirements while minimizing operational risk.
Develop People & ProcessesLead onboarding, technical training, and professional development programs while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational performance.
Drive PerformanceMonitor key operational metrics, service levels, and quality indicators to support informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
Partner Across the BusinessCollaborate with Claims leadership, Legal, Finance, Underwriting, IT, and executive leaders to support regulatory readiness, catastrophe response, new product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive property & casualty claims leadership experience, including operations, compliance, quality, or training leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Florida insurance regulations, claims operations, and compliance best practices.
- Experience leading teams, improving processes, and using data to drive operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- CPCU, AIC, or similar industry designation preferred.
- Florida 6-20 Adjuster License preferred.
