  • Candidates should present a minimum of five years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development, including at least two years of leadership responsibility in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
  • Demonstrated success in census growth, referral development, and territory management within home health is essential, along with experience guiding and mentoring sales teams such as home health liaisons.
  • Familiarity with CMS standards, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and referral workflows is required. The role calls for strong leadership and team-building capabilities grounded in a coaching mindset, along with clear communication and relationship management across varied clinical and community audiences.
  • Candidates must show strategic and analytical strength to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into action.

Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, driving, and occasional light lifting, consistent with the demands of professional business development in the healthcare industry. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
