Working Hours: 7:30 - 4:00, M-F

Summary:

The Director of Business Affairs provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the institutions student account services. This role is responsible for driving business process and technology change initiatives while directly managing Business Office and front desk personnel to ensure an exceptional standard of customer service. functioning as the authoritative reference for all internal business office procedures, the position directs comprehensive fiscal operations, including payroll processing, purchasing, cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable collections. Additionally, the role oversees student billing, campus sales, and account reconciliations for BHCLR, ensuring absolute financial accuracy, strict confidentiality of student records, and compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting body regulations (including FERPA).

Other information:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Masters preferred.
2. Three to Five years of supervisory experience required.
3. Strong customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated. High level of organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of current software packages, i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite.
5. Basic computer skills utilizing desktop and laptop computers.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
