Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing all beverage service operations throughout the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members while providing operational support for banquet beverage services and daily outlet operations.

The position will lead the development and execution of the property's beverage program across all venues, banquets, and grab-and-go offerings. Responsibilities include driving revenue through innovative beverage experiences, strategic vendor partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and cost-effective purchasing initiatives.

Additional duties include maintaining quality assurance standards, inventory controls, and batching programs, while leveraging industry trends to enhance beverage offerings and menu development. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and results.

SALARY:

- The salary range for this position is $72,800 - $94,500. This pay range reflects what Hyatt Regency Chicago reasonably expects to offer for the role; the final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
