- Ensure the highest standard of service, food, quality, and presentation representative of ARC.
- Manage banquet budgets, cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a leadership role within banquet operations or event management in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities with demonstrated capability of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving high standards.
