Full Job Description
About The Role

FintechOS is entering its most important phase in its most strategic market. We are looking for a Director of Analyst Relations, based in the United States, to build and lead our global analyst relations program at the moment when industry analysts will help decide how fast we grow.

You will carry a global remit, with the US as the priority in the first phase. You will report to the VP of Product Marketing and work closely with our executive team, product, sales, and marketing.

This is a role for a senior operator who can move fast: stand up the program, secure our place in the evaluations that shape buying, and turn analyst insight into positioning and pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Own FintechOS's global analyst relations strategy and program, with the US as the first priority, working from the VP of Product Marketing's team.
  • Drive our participation and placement in the evaluations that shape buying: Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and the Celent and Datos Insights vendor evaluations, across banking origination and, over time, insurance policy administration. Own the submissions, briefings, demos, and reference customers from start to finish.
  • Build and run the briefing and inquiry calendar across the global tier one firms and the specialist and regional firms that carry weight with US buyers.
  • Prepare and coach executives and product leaders for analyst briefings, strategy days, and inquiries, and broker the right analyst relationships for the right leaders.
  • Turn analyst research and evaluation results into sales ready assets: competitive intelligence, reprint rights, proof points, and shortlist support the field can use in live deals.
  • Feed analyst signal back into positioning, messaging, roadmap, and go to market, so the company hears the market clearly.
  • Stand up the operating backbone of the program: a coverage tracker, a system of record, program metrics, and regular reporting to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • A senior analyst relations leader with a solid reputation and a clear track record of wins.
  • A strong, current network across the analyst community, and enough command of the market, the analysts, and their publication calendars to put a plan in place and execute it quickly.
  • Deep understanding of the products and technologies relevant to the markets where FintechOS operates: agentic AI in banking, origination solutions, product management and pricing, and core modernization.
  • An enterprise B2B technology background, ideally in fintech, financial services software, or banking and insurance technology.
  • Excellent writing and executive presence: you can turn dense product material into criteria aligned analyst narratives and steer briefings at the C level.
  • Based in the United States, able to work across US and European time zones, and willing to travel for briefings and events.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Existing relationships with the analysts who cover banking origination, digital banking, and insurance platforms in the US.
  • Fluency in banking and insurance technology, enough to represent our platform and architecture credibly to analysts.
  • Experience building an analyst relations function from an early stage.
  • The ability to talk about agentic AI and governed automation with real substance.
  • A commercial instinct that connects analyst work to pipeline and competitive wins.
  • Knowledge of the US financial institution landscape: banks, credit unions, and the firms that advise them.

Quick Facts

  • FintechOS is the agentic platform for financial product operations. Banks, credit unions, building societies, and insurers use it to launch and grow products on top of the core systems they already run, without rip and replace.
  • We work across the US, UK, and EU, with the US as our most strategic growth market.
  • Recent US wins include ESL Credit Union, Vibrant Credit Union, and Hanscom Credit Union, with partnerships including Finastra, Velera, and Fiserv.
  • Gartner has recognized FintechOS as a representative vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Commercial Loan Origination Solutions.
