Role Overview:
Skyhigh Security is seeking a Head of Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to lead and execute our engagement strategy with key industry analysts, driving thought leadership and market positioning in the Security Service Edge (SSE), AI and data security domains. This role will be instrumental in shaping analyst perceptions, influencing industry reports, and integrating market insights into strategic decision-making.

About the Role

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Head of Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to lead and execute our engagement strategy with key industry analysts, driving thought leadership and market positioning in the Security Service Edge (SSE), AI and data security domains. This role will be instrumental in shaping analyst perceptions, influencing industry reports, and integrating market insights into strategic decision-making.

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Marketing and will collaborate closely with product, technology, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a strong, cohesive analyst relations program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Analyst Relations Strategy
  • Define and execute a comprehensive AR strategy aligned with Skyhigh Security's business objectives, enhancing brand presence in the market.
  • Own major analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave) by driving messaging, coordinating responses, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influential firms.
  • Manage regular analyst inquiries, briefings, and research engagements to effectively showcase Skyhigh Security's vision, strategy, and innovations.


Engage & Influence Key Analysts
  • Work closely with leading analysts to shape our SSE, AI and data security market positioning in reports and comparative research.
  • Provide insights into Skyhigh Security's product vision, differentiation, and technology roadmap through compelling and strategic engagements.
  • Monitor competitor positioning in analyst reports and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen Skyhigh Security's market perception.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with executives, product, technology, and marketing teams to gather key data for analyst engagements.
  • Develop and refine briefing materials, leveraging existing messaging frameworks to support analyst submissions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to integrate analyst insights into customer messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with PR and marketing teams to amplify analyst insights across thought leadership content and communications.


What You Bring to the Team
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, or Product Marketing within cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise security.
  • Strong understanding of Security Service Edge (SSE), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), AI, data security and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Proven experience managing Magic Quadrant, Wave, and other analyst evaluations.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business narratives.
  • Technical acumen to engage with analysts on complex cybersecurity concepts.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple dependencies with internal stakeholders and multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong industry connections with key analysts covering SSE, cybersecurity, or related segments (preferred).
