About the role

Heads Up Technologies is seeking a strategic and results driven Director of Aftermarket Sales, Business Aviation to lead sales activities for aftermarket products and services. This leader will develop and execute sales strategies, guide the aftermarket sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth in partnership with marketing, product management, engineering, and executive leadership.

Location: Addison, Texas, or remote.

Department: Sales.

Reports To: Group Vice President of Sales.

Position Type: Full time.

Travel: Approximately 50%, including international travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the aviation industry, specifically selling to the business aviation market.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic and critical thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and aftermarket products and services.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% for client meetings and industry events, including international travel.
