Job Summary

As a key member of the leadership team, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will serve as a key ambassador for UATX-meeting with prospective students, parents, and developing relationships with key schools and networks-while acting as a systems and operations architect. Leveraging Palantir Foundry and other IT systems, you will implement the automated data pipelines and AI-driven workflows that power our growth. This is a role for an entrepreneurial builder tasked with designing the strategy, managing a small AI powered team, and ensuring our operational infrastructure keeps us nimble.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with the President and his cabinet, serve as a core member of the leadership team, aligning admissions goals with the university's long-term vision and participating in high-level institutional decision-making.
  • >
  • Foundry Systems Engineering: Deploy an automated admissions workflow using Palantir's Foundry to create an operational pipeline.
  • >
  • High-Stakes Ambassadorship: Represent UATX extensively across the U.S., delivering presentations that distill the university's mission and program into a compelling call to action for students and families.
  • >
  • Tactical Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that bridges the gap between high-level vision and ground-level results, moving fluidly from "big picture" planning to "in-the-weeds" execution.
  • >
  • Organizational Scaling: Evaluate, build, and lead a sustainable, entrepreneurial admissions team; establish scalable systems and documentation to support a rapidly growing institution; develop automated reporting for president, board, and accreditors.
  • >
  • Delegation: Act as a captain for prospective student engagement, identifying and delegating high-value meetings to the appropriate faculty or leadership to ensure families receive a highly tailored UATX experience.
  • >
  • Pipeline Development: Cultivate partnerships with schools, counselors, and networks to secure a high-caliber and high-affinity applicant pool.
  • >

Qualifications
  • Mission-Driven: Aligned with UATX's mission of education in the principles, ideas, and entrepreneurial ethos of Western civilization. Able to speak with authority on UATX's educational philosophy.
  • >
  • Enterpreneurial: A "builder" mindset with the capacity to hire, mentor, and manage a team while maintaining a personal track record of ownership and follow-through.
  • >
  • Strategic & Tactical Agility: The ability to iterate on a 12-month recruitment roadmap with senior leadership and collaborate on tactical marketing with the communications team.
  • >
  • Master Communicator: Exceptional people skills, with the ability to become well informed about the UATX program and its unique value propositions.
  • >
  • Start-up Energy and Mindset: UATX is a mission-driven startup; we expect an uncommon level of commitment of time and energy.
  • >
  • Technical Competence: Comfortable with learning admissions CRM platforms (specifically Element451) and Palantir's Foundry.
  • >
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
