DIRECTOR- NUTRITION & FOOD SERVICES to join our
FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES team!
The Director - Nutrition & Food Services provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for inpatient and retail food services, clinical nutrition, catering, and nutrition support services. The Director is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered nutritional care while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, fiscal stewardship, and continuous improvement aligned with Aspirus' mission and strategic priorities.
Experience/Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (preferred if supervising clinical nutrition)
- ServSafe Manager Certification Required
- Seven years of progressive leadership experience in acute care food and nutrition services.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving operational excellence.
- Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
