This position requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in nursing administration, who can effectively manage nursing operations, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care. The Director of Nursing will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Oversee the management of medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance nursing practice and improve patient care.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and standards within the nursing department.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and continuity of care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as necessary.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree of Nursing
- Nursing licensure in the state of practice
- Management experience
