The Director, Nursing Services assumes 24-hour responsibility for the provision of nursing care in their assigned area(s) and is responsible for the overall quality of care provided in the respective department. The Director, Nursing Services has oversight of all operations in the department(s) and collaborates with other leaders to provide highly reliable care to the patients at Temple University Hospital-Main Campus Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field Required Other Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 3 years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area Required 2 years experience in a clinical leadership role Preferred Licenses Basic Life Support Required PA Registered Nurse License Required Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
