Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience leading business operations, vendor management frameworks (VMO), or organizational transformation programs.
  • 15 years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, or technical infrastructure operations, or 13 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant analytical, business, or technical discipline.
  • 20 years of experience leading program management, business strategy, and operations within hyperscale or complex critical infrastructure environments.
  • Executive-level experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and scaling global partner and vendor ecosystems.
  • Ability to navigate high ambiguity, drive large-scale change management, and reconcile competing priorities across globally distributed teams.

Google's Data Center Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is integrated across all stages of the data center lifecycle. CSRM is dedicated to protecting the people and assets of Google's global critical infrastructure. By leveraging advanced security systems, dedicated guarding forces, and risk management and compliance frameworks, CSRM supports the entirety of Google Data Centers (GDC), enabling Google Cloud to reach a broader audience and inspire user trust.

As Director, you will define and execute the global operational direction, strategy, and governance for Google Data Center's Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management organization. Leading a high-impact organization of program managers and operational leaders, you will drive multi-year business planning, strategic execution, value tracking, and organizational transformation across critical infrastructure. Serving as a strategic executive partner across Technical Infrastructure, GDC, Cloud CISO, and Engineering, you will establish operational frameworks, align cross-functional priorities, lead New Product Introductions (NPI) ensuring successful deployment of these products and programs across the fleet; set the strategy and implementation of a vendor risk program for suppliers across data center ensuring scalable delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
  • Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating critical strategic initiatives, integrating complex workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the entire data center lifecycle.
  • Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight, performance benchmarking, contractual governance, and fiscal discipline for global partner networks.
  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet, driving executive alignment across GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering teams.
