Full Job Description

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Director of North America Implementations to lead the successful delivery of product and service implementations for clients, from initial planning through installation and final delivery.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of implementation for new services and platform conversions for both new and existing clients. You will manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in alignment with client expectations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in client contracts are met or exceeded.

The Director will design and manage conversion plans based on client requirements, develop specifications, oversee testing, and secure client sign-off. You will prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitor project progress and outputs, and proactively investigate and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation lifecycle. Success in this role requires maintaining strong control over schedules, risks, scope, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and subcontractors clearly understand client requirements.

This role also serves as a key point of contact between client leadership and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and a high-quality client experience. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide day-to-day guidance and support, and promote Broadridge’s capabilities by identifying opportunities for contract extensions and additional business in partnership with account management.

In addition, you will lead teams responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, and process solutions tied to client technology and business process engagements. You will develop and implement policies and best practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client training.

The Director will also collaborate closely with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop implementation strategies and resource plans that anticipate client demand and workforce needs. This role will provide valuable client feedback and market insight to product development and professional services teams to support continuous improvement of Broadridge’s products and services.

  • Experience driving business results within a sub-function through support and funding of projects, products, services, and/or technologies, as well as developing policies and strategic plans.

  • Ability to operate effectively within functional business plans and align team objectives with broader organizational goals.

  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000.
