What You'll Do
  • Maximize sales revenue of each region(account) by setting sales strategies through market trend analysis.
  • Set sales strategies that focus on customer satisfaction by studying the needs of customers in a region.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Vice President, B2B Sales Management
  • Lead SMB team and own the mid and long term sales strategy setting.
  • Lead the analysis of the region's competitors and market trends and its sharing.
  • Control the mid and long term relationship with accounts and lead the cooperation strategy that is aimed at benefiting both parties.Manage and work with Samsung's Manufacturers rep network, partnering to maximize revenue and develop future opportunities.
  • Project the region's demand to set the supply strategy.
  • Lead the development of new accounts and business opportunities.

  • Leads Part in a smaller Line of Business with global breadth or in small subsidiaries and develops short-term & mid-term strategy
  • Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
  • Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
  • Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
  • In charge of development, coaching, evaluating team members within the part
  • Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 year's experience
