Pay Rate: $120,081 - $162,109 annually based on experience
What You'll DoThe Director, Marketing & Community Relations provides strategic leadership for CAN Community Health's integrated marketing, brand management, clinic marketing support, communications, community relations, and thought-leadership initiatives. This role is responsible for translating CAN's mission, strategic priorities, healthcare services, and growth objectives into integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the CAN brand, support clinic and service lines, increase patient awareness and acquisition, build community trust, and position CAN as a leading voice in public health.

Requirements
Education/Professional:- Master's degree. Concentration in marketing, business, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, and public health strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a health care or public health setting
- Knowledge in marketing, program management, healthcare marketing, integrated communications, and project management.
- Experience within healthcare, public health, nonprofit healthcare, health plans, hospitals, physician organizations, or other mission-driven healthcare environments.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
